Maharashtra Emergency Response System’s (MERS) Primary and Secondary contact centre is located in Maharashtra at Navi Mumbai and Nagpur city respectively. It is the largest and the most advanced command and control centre for emergency services in the country. MERS mission is to provide prompt integrated emergency services to the citizens, anytime and anywhere in Maharashtra.
