Once the information from dispatcher is received on to the computer also known as Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) that is attached on every emergency response vehicle, the team will reach the incident site in the quickest possible time. Necessary action is taken by the ERV team to normalize the situation. Incident report is sent back to the dispatcher and the nearest police station is also informed, if any further action is required.
